Christopher initially joined the SOLVER Lab in May 2024, as part of the Mascaro Center for Sustainable Innovation (MSCI) Summer Undergraduate Research Program. In his role as a Project Manager, he oversees the day-to-day activities of the Martinson Applied Project (MAP) and continues the lab’s work on social vulnerability and just transition. Christopher graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with his B.A. in Political Science and Chinese with dual departmental honors in May 2025.
Christopher’s research interests include political behavior, ethnic politics, and populist radical-right nationalism in India and Brazil. He has presented at conferences such as the Midwest Political Science Association, the Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs, and the Association for Asian Studies Annual Meeting. He is an Advanced speaker of Mandarin Chinese and has conducted original research using his language skills.
